Terms of Use
These terms govern your download, purchase and use of the DiskTiny macOS application and website.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, purchasing or using DiskTiny, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use DiskTiny on one Mac at a time for personal or internal business use. You may move the license to another Mac you control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Purchases and updates
The displayed launch price applies only while the stated allocation remains available. A purchase includes the features offered at checkout and updates within the 1.x release series. Future major versions or separate products may require another purchase. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, applicable taxes and refunds under its terms.
4. Cleanup responsibility
DiskTiny helps identify caches, generated files and reinstallable dependencies, but you remain responsible for reviewing every selection before cleanup. Keep current backups of important data. Do not remove an item if you are unsure what it contains or whether you still need it.
5. Availability
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every development tool or recovery of items after they have been removed from the Trash.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiskTiny is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost data, projects, profits or productivity. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
DiskTiny, its software, branding, design and website content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
8. Changes and contact
